dit.cms V2.0

The dit.foundation proudly presents the future plans for dit.cms.
A new version, version 2.0, is currently under development. The employees have started in the summer of 2008 with the development of the new version. The focus of the new cms lies on implementing Web 2.0 tools and technologies, user-friendliness, such as editing and fast navigating through the CMS using AJAX. We will try to offer the same functionality, but to make it more accessible and easier for the end-user and customers. The previous versions of the CMS turned out to be stable and fulfilled the needs of our users and customers. But now it really needs a large update to be again, a stable and modern CMS, which exactly does what we want.
Stay tuned, in the next months we will announce more information about the development and probably we can tell you more about the final release date.

The dit.foundation is a non-profit organisation established in the Netherlands to promote and protect the dit.cms software. The foundation works independantly. It's goals is to help stimulate and create opensource software. dit.cms is opensource software.
